Your dad's obituary is absolutely beautiful! I will be watching service on live stream. Aaron's passing has really saddened me. I know he is with the Lord. I know it is very difficult for your family and I will be praying for your family's comfort during this time of grief and sorrow. Your dad is a wonderful man and good friend! God's blessing and love! I know your Dad is really proud of you, the way you are HANDLING the business, despite what you are going through, you are still pressing through, when most would have folded and crumbled to pieces a long time ago. Your Dad Encouraged people, that's what he did. And now I encourage you to remember those conversations when he spoke words of wisdom and encouragement over you. The Passing of Aaron

Hi Xavier,

First let me express my “sincerest” condolences to you, your brother, and family. Aaron was, as you know, the leader of the 8:30 Altar Ministry at CLC, and I was his assistant. I have a son in Redondo Beach, California… and I knew you guys were in California. We always prayed for each other’s sons and families. I too, as quite saddened and joyful at the same time that he is no longer suffering; and with our God rejoicing in heaven. 

 I too, believe it was his spirit that day in all your experiences prior to getting the news.

He Will Be Cherished

Good afternoon CLC,

Since the early spring of the year, we have been praying for one of our leaders who had a severe stroke. We have received news that Aaron Truesdell has passed away as of yesterday. Aaron was the leader of our prison ministry for years and has shared the gospel to inmates for years. He also served on the altar team praying for attendees on Sundays. He will be cherished, but we also find peace knowing he will not suffer any longer and is with our Heavenly Father.

Your Father Truly Was A Blessing

For the pass 3 1/2 years I’ve been going every 2 weeks with your dad to the cook county jail. Going there with your dad, has been life changing for me! I was able to learn, be a mentor and become good friends with your dad the Cook County Prison. We worshiped, taught the word of God, we ministered to all the prisoners, we laughed, and we cried together in The presence of The Lord. I truly enjoyed working together with your dad! We also shared the Love for our Cubbies. If we weren’t talking about the word of God, we would be talking about sports! 

Your father truly was a blessing to me and my family. When me and my family would be going through a storm, The Holy Spirit would move your father to call me at the right time to pray and minister to us! I’m going to miss my friend and my brother in Christ but i know now he has won his race!!! He’s now looking down on us to continue to run our race!!! So I pray for you and your family. May the Lord bring you peace and comfort through these times!

Your Father Was A Great Man

Your father was a great man. I will always remember yall being two peas in a pod. Him coming to your games, chaperoning our field trip in the woods and his presence supporting his son. Yall love and connection was so apparent and still is. I'm praying for you and your family and thanking God I was able to see such a beautiful connection between a father and son.
